Order Processing Policy

All orders are custom made to order and processed in the order received, with supplies for your order being placed on your behalf within a week of your order being submitted. Therefore, ALL sales are FINAL. Once supplies arrive, I will labor to design/create your custom piece(s) for which you've paid me to do. Once your order is completed and the package is ready for courier pickup, the tracking number will be emailed to you - no other email is sent before then other than the Order Confirmation. Every order require a different amount of care and time, my workload is high and I NEVER rush on orders... so I kindly ask that you DO NOT attempt to rush me, if you place an order with me, or that you not order if my policy will be an issue for you. Orders ship out 2 weeks from the purchase date unless its a very large order or an item that is marked for additional time. I request that status inquiries come AFTER 2 weeks have lasped. It doesnt take this length of time to make your order, but because theres always pending orders that are in front of other orders, I must be allowed the time to fairly make everyones orders as they came in. Please be mindful that January to April is my peak season, so additional delays are to be expected. Also, my family and TMH requires my time. I work in my home alone, there is no crew helping, so please be patient with me. I promise you, you will receive your order, however, I must emphasize the request for your patience during the design process in imperative. Lastly, please make sure the address provided for shipping is accurate and that you use your given name (or name on your state id) for submitting your order as the courier will not deliver if a name you've taken isnt registered at the address that you provided for shipping. It will be returned and you will have pay for shipping for a second delivery shipment if I am required to make any changes to the address label.
